Direa can be used as an aid in the management of diarrhoea caused by disorders of osmosis, secretion, permeability or motility, brought about by infectious agents, food poisoning, dietary changes and bacterial overgrowth.
Direa tablets can be used alone, or in conjunction with antibiotics and fluid and electrolyte therapy. Rehydration therapy should not be neglected.
