Meloxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) of the oxicam class. Each milliliter of Meloxicam Oral Suspension contains meloxicam equivalent to 0.5 or 1.5 milligrams and sodium benzoate (1.5 milligrams) as a preservative.
Meloxicam is used in dogs for pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis.
Meloxicam should be given according to your veterinarian’s instructions
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use in dogs less than 6 weeks of age or in pregnant, lactating, or breeding dogs, as it has not been evaluated. Do not use in animals with bleeding disorders as safety has not been established in animals with these disorders.
